You Can’t See Me
If I stand really still, you won’t even be able to see me. See. It’s working. At this moment, you have no idea what I’m doing. I should really start using my powers for good.
Okay, so the real reason you can’t see me is because starbody.org is currently sitting being my version of the under construction page. Things had gotten far too messy and it warranted a temporary take down. I installed the 2.5 version of Wordpress (very nice so far) and cleaned out my database. I haven’t yet imported old posts back in, so it’s still squeaky clean on the inside.
It’s just so dang hard to want to finish it up when the boy is perfecting his adorable-ness and commanding my attention most waking (and even non-waking hours). So, when not chasing him around, I’ve been acquiring a nice little addiction to Twitter, even though I didn’t take a liking to it when it first started. The idea of micro blogging probably suits my lifestyle now more than ever. I’ve been nose deep in the Wordpress Codex reading about theme creation and trying to make good on my long time promise (to myself) to make my own damn theme instead of switching them around. And when not starting at a glowing screen, I’ve been thoroughly enjoying Feeding the Whole Family from Cynthia Lair, an excellent book on nutrition and creating healthy food for everyone in your family regardless of age.
As always, it’s a struggle to do everything I’d like to do. I’ll get used to it …. right?
