God Is In The House

The new Nick Cave and The Bad Seeds DVD, aptly titled God Is In The House was released on the August 26th (after being pushed back from it’s originally scheduled date of August 11th). The first ever DVD from the band contains a live concert, four videos from No More Shall We Part and a documentary. It’s worth having for any avid listener of their music. The documentary itself is worth it. It is simply a collage of footage recorded during the sessions for No More Shall We Part, but is a rather personal glimpse of time spent in the studio. There is no narration or straight on interviews, which allows you to sort of feel as though you are peering through the pinhole. There is also a limited edition 7″ single of rock of Gibraltar to be released on September 1, 2003 with a b-side entitled Nocturama. This information is per the website.
