i know i am constantly going on about KEXP, but really with so much crap on the radio i can’t help it. right now, the winter pledge drive is going on. there are lots of reasons i can think of to help them out but here are 5 from this morning:
1. Debaser - Pixies from Doolittle
2. Judy Staring At The Sun - Catherine Wheel from Happy Days
3. John has been playing that Mad World cover forever now.
4. Silent Sigh - Badly Drawn Boy from About A Boy
5. Transmission - Joy Division from Permanent
i’m renewing my membership later this week. independent radio good. Clear Channel bad.
